Summary

Adds automated dependency installation.
Adds TypeScript type-checking and compilation.
Runs the regression corpus against the bundled tsDetect engine.
Packages the extension as a VSIX.
Uploads the VSIX as a GitHub Actions artifact.

Testing

npm ci passed.
Type-checking and compilation passed.
All 10 regression fixtures passed.
VSIX packaging passed.
